Ed Sullivan
CEO
Ed has spent 34 years of his career advancing through the sales and marketing ranks in the Consumer Packaged Goods Industry. He was the V.P. of Sales for the Retail Supermarket Channel in the U.S. at Lactalis American Group, the world’s leading dairy company and spent the last seven and a half years as CEO at Hanson.
Felicia Keeler
Operations Manager
Felicia came to Hanson in 2011 as our freight coordinator with a degree in Business Administration – Management and Marketing. After working in this position for over a year she transitioned to a sales position and advanced to become the Director of Sales. She transitioned to Operations Manager in the summer of 2023 and now oversees all aspects of production here at Hanson Sign.
Tyler Miller
Business Manager
Tyler is a valued member of the HR and Accounting team at Hanson Sign, a leading wholesale sign manufacturer. In his role, he supports daily HR operations and financial processes to help ensure the company runs smoothly and efficiently. He leads the accounts payable department of Hanson. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time on the water boating and fishing, and values quality time with his wife and children.
Christy Forbes
Graphic Design Supervisor / Leadership Team member
Christy is the Graphic Design Supervisor at Hanson Sign Co., where she leads the graphics team with creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for bringing ideas to life. She began her career at Hanson in June 2017 in the Dimensional Department before moving to the Graphics Department in January 2018. Her dedication and leadership earned her the supervisor role in July 2020.
A graduate of Forestville Central High School (Class of 2014), Christy went on to complete a certificate in Graphic Design and Publishing at Jamestown Community College in 2016. Her education and hands-on experience give her a solid foundation in both design and production.
Outside of work, Christy enjoys freelance graphic design, photographing weddings with her sister, and practicing archery. Her friendly, team-oriented approach makes her a valued leader at Hanson Sign Co.
Alan Sears
Business Development
Alan has spent the first 12 years of his personal career as an account executive for the printing industry. As a graduate of the University of Buffalo, he obtained his Bachelor’s of Arts and Sciences degree in English studies for secondary education. Alan spends most of his free time coaching softball, baseball, soccer, wrestling, and football for each of his four children.
Charcy Kinney
Purchasing Manager
Charcy is the Purchasing Manager at Hanson Sign Co. Since joining the company in 2022 through the Shipping Department, she has quickly progressed into her current role thanks to her extensive experience and hands-on approach. Charcy keeps operations running efficiently, develops strong supplier relationships, and identifies cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Outside of work, she has proudly served as a volunteer firefighter with the Stockton Volunteer Fire Company for over 21 years—demonstrating her dedication, teamwork, and composure under pressure. Whether negotiating a contract or responding to a call, Charcy is someone you can rely on.
Jenna Zaprowski
Account Executive
With a strong background in both business and creative disciplines, Jenna brings a unique perspective to her role as an Account Executive at Hanson Sign Company. Prior to joining Hanson in 2020, she spent 25 years as Buyer and Manager at Hampshire Mills, gaining extensive experience in client relations, procurement, and operations. She also holds a Business Administration degree from Jamestown Community College with a focus in graphic design and photography. This combination of experience and education enables her to deliver creative, results-driven solutions for her clients.
Chad Peterson
Account Executive
Chad is an Account Executive at Hanson Sign, where he leverages his industry knowledge to build lasting customer relationships and deliver effective signage solutions. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time on the golf course and pursuing his passion for horticulture.
Sierra Dean
Logistics Coordinator
As Logistics Coordinator at Hanson Sign, Sierra plays a key role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly for the wholesale sign manufacturer. Wearing multiple hats, she manages logistics, serves as an administrator and receptionist, and acts as the first point of contact for the company’s customer base—often being the person you reach when you call. Her laser focus and dedication ensure that projects move out the door efficiently and customers receive prompt support. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and children.
