Ed has spent 34 years of his career advancing through the sales and marketing ranks in the Consumer Packaged Goods Industry. He was the V.P. of Sales for the Retail Supermarket Channel in the U.S. at Lactalis American Group, the world’s leading dairy company and spent the last seven and a half years as CEO at Hanson.
Prior to joining Hanson, he worked for seven years as Sales Manager for Schutte Hammermill in Buffalo, NY selling custom engineered industrial size reduction equipment and material processing systems. In 2022, Dan was offered the opportunity to work with his father, Ed, and decided to join the sign industry.
Felicia came to Hanson in 2011 as our freight coordinator with a degree in Business Administration – Management and Marketing. After working in this position for over a year she transitioned to a sales position and advanced to become the Director of Sales. She transitioned to Operations Manager in the summer of 2023 and now oversees all aspects of production here at Hanson Sign.
Alan has spent the first 12 years of his personal career as an account executive for the printing industry. As a graduate of the University of Buffalo, he obtained his Bachelor’s of Arts and Sciences degree in English studies for secondary education. Alan spends most of his free time coaching softball, baseball, soccer, wrestling, and football for each of his four children.
Bryan graduated from SUNY Fredonia with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, where he honed his skills in management and strategic planning. Before joining Hanson, he worked as a sales associate with the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour, planning events and scheduling tournaments, as well as an assistant manager at Dollar General and Dominos.

Lori came to Hanson in the fall of 2019 from Inscape Solutions where she was the Process Improvement Manager for 2 years. Prior to that she spent 17 years as the Continuous Improvement/ Quality Manager and Safety Director for Serta Simmons Bedding. Lori holds a Bachelors degree from Ashland University, Ohio.

Jenna Joined the Hanson team in November 2020. She has an associate’s degree in Business Administration from JCC. Prior to starting at Hanson, she worked 2 years at Monroe Table Company as inside sales and marketing. Previous to that, she worked at her family business Hampshire Mills for over 25 years as a buyer/manager.
