- Lead monthly safety committee meetings

Every new employee receives safety training on their first day before entering the production floor. Additionally, our team is trained in 5S workplace organization principles to maintain a clean, efficient, and safe manufacturing environment.
Environmental Responsibility in Sign Fabrication
Sign manufacturing involves paints, solvents, metals, plastics, and electrical components. Responsible handling of these materials reduces environmental risk and promotes long-term sustainability.
Hanson Sign:
- Exclusively uses the Mathews Ultra Low VOC paint line
- Reclaims paint solvents for safe, legal disposal
- Properly manages chemical waste in accordance with environmental regulations
- Recycles paper, cardboard, plastics, wood, and metals
- Recently converted all facility lighting to energy-efficient LED, reducing energy costs by over $900 per month
