Following these guidelines will help to expedite your order:
E-mail and Fax Artwork
Faxing us a copy of your artwork allows us to compare the E-mail with your desired look. This process helps us prevent font substitution, inaccurate layering, etc.

Read and Sign Your Order Confirmation
The turnaround time for your project begins when good usable art is received along with a SIGNED confirmation.
Artwork Requirements and Formats
Best Choice for Digital Artwork
Gerber Edge users and Omega users simply send a .PLT file (Preferably with .AI or .EPS). Please see note below about converting artwork.
Second Best Choice for Digital Artwork
Adobe Illustrator (Must be converted to curves, including text)
Illustrator/Corel/Freehand (Must be converted to curves, including text)
(Most major sign and design programs will export to these formats including Corel, Flexisign, and Gerber. See note below about converting artwork.
- Convert ALL text to curves
- Convert all strokes to vector paths
- Weld same color lines that overlap (No layering)
- Avoid layering that should be omitted
- Also double check your art on shaped signs to see if it mirrors exactly
- If double sided, note any arrows or overhangs as to the correct direction (2nd side)
File Transfer Methods
E-mail: Send artwork to email@example.com or directly to your customer service representative.
U.S. Mail: Mail a PC formatted CD or Zip Disk with your artwork and a copy of your artwork (for comparison) to:
